* Sitting deep breathing cross your legs or stretch them out in front of you put your hand on your knees or thighs shut your eyes take a deep breath in through your nose concentrate on your breath letting it calm your mind and warm up your body for motion.

* Cat cow pose to warm your spine begin on your knees and hands with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips and back lift head as cow pose and tuck chin as cat pose repeat this flow for 1 to 2 min your breath in tune with movements from all fours tuck toes and lift
*Downward facing dog keep hands shoulder width apart and feet hip width apart press heels toward the ground and elongate your spine hold for 1 minute and if you prefer pedal feet to stretch calves and hamstrings.
* Low lunge step your right foot forward between your hands and sink your left knee to the ground push your hips forward and lift your stretch in your left hip flexor hold for 3o seconds then switch sides and hold for another 30 seconds from standing.
* Forward fold from standing hinge at hips and fold forward with head heavy and knees slightly bent you can hold your elbows or put your hands on the ground this stretch stretches your hamstrings and opens back tension hold for 1 minutes.
